Base One Manual Wheelchair

It is important for users of self-propelled wheelchairs that the wheelchair is light to ride and steer.
Base One as a self-propelled wheelchair is a comfort wheelchair for the more active user:
a unique combination of tilt function and mobility.
As the wheelbase is adjustable the way the wheelchair rides is always optimal.
Base One as a self propelled wheelchair has an optimal tilt range.
In addition the adjustment range for the seat height is exceptionally large. 24 inch rear wheels are available,
but 20 inch rear wheels can also be supplied, making foot propulsion possible too.
Wheel rims with closed push rims ensure a good, safe grip when riding.
The wheel position can be adjusted to two different widths and the BaseOne's interconnected brake system,
which is very light to operate, offers extra ease of use for those with reduced manual strength.

Base One Powered Wheelchair

The Base One powered wheelchair has all of the features of the manual wheelchair with the following differences

Motors: Two motors ensure that this wheelchair is extra light in maneuvering and this saves the energies of the attendant.
Easy to Operate: The motor-assisted manual wheelchair is very easy to operate and has continuously adjustable speed control.
Adjustable Seat Height: The seat height of this wheelchair can be adjusted continuously with ease.

Base One with Indoor Base

Many people need the support offered by the Wheelbase seating system while sitting down,

but are not dependent on a wheelchair for moving around.
Wheelbase has developed a unique indoor base for such people.
Just as on every Base One model, the seat height on the indoor base is continuously adjustable and the seat can be tilted.
All Wheelbase seating solutions can be fitted as standard onto this system.
The indoor base is supplied with casters with locks as standard.
The Chair is also optionally available on legs.
